What we checked. The Industries & Commerce Department notified the policy in the Haryana Government Gazette (Extraordinary) of 26 May 2026, in supersession of the Haryana Enterprises & Employment Policy, 2020. The notification states the policy is valid for five years from notification, or until a new policy or amendment, whichever is earlier. It records Finance Department concurrence and Council of Ministers approval on 18 May 2026.
Practical point. Incentives depend on eligibility criteria, location classification and operational schemes. Read the policy and the scheme notifications that implement it before relying on any benefit.
