The need
A building moves through several approvals: plan sanction, any revisions, construction-stage requirements, completion and occupation. Each depends on documents prepared by different professionals and on conditions attached to earlier permissions.
Typical scope
- A permissions register listing each approval, its conditions and its validity.
- Coordination between architect, structural engineer, services consultants and the client on submission sets.
- Tracking of revisions so that what is built matches what is approved.
- Completion and occupation-stage document checklist (structural stability, fire, services, as-built drawings) and collation.
What you receive
Permissions register, submission and revision tracker, completion document checklist and pack index.
