The need
For real estate projects within the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, the regulator's public records are an important first check: registration status, promoter, approvals uploaded, timelines and orders. In Haryana these are kept by the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
Typical scope
- Locating the project on the regulator's portal and reading its registration and disclosures.
- Comparing those disclosures with the licence, approvals and documents you have been shown.
- Noting any orders, extensions or complaints visible on the public record.
- For developers: a register of project disclosures and compliance dates, coordinated with your advocates and consultants.
What you receive
Project record note with links, discrepancy list and, for developers, a compliance-date register.
Decided or signed by others
The regulator decides registration, extensions and complaints. Legal advice on rights and remedies comes from your advocate.
Outside this assignment
Filing complaints or appearing before the regulator or appellate tribunal on your behalf. Fees, scope and responsibilities are agreed in writing for each assignment. We do not guarantee any approval, outcome or timeframe.
