The current framework
- The Make in Haryana Industrial Policy, 2026 was notified on 26 May 2026 and supersedes the Haryana Enterprises & Employment Policy, 2020.
- The Logistics, Warehousing & Retail Policy, 2019 was extended in January 2025 until a new policy is notified.
- Approvals and many incentive applications run through the Invest Haryana single-roof portal under the Enterprises Promotion Act, 2016.
How to check eligibility properly
- Read the policy's eligibility and definitions, not a press summary.
- Find the scheme notification that operationalises the incentive you want, and its own conditions and deadlines.
- Check how the policy classifies your location.
- Note whether the incentive is claimed before or after starting production — timing often decides eligibility.
A caution
Policies change and schemes are notified separately. A policy announcement is not a sanction; only an approval issued under the scheme is.
