Gurugram collector rates 2025 (all tehsils and sub-tehsils)

The district's final collector rates for 2025, published tehsil-wise: Gurugram, Badshahpur, Farrukhnagar, Wazirabad, Sohna, Manesar, Pataudi, Kadipur and Harsaru.

Notification1 Aug 2025

What they are. Collector rates are the minimum values the registering authority uses for computing stamp duty on documents registered in a given area. They are not market valuations and say nothing about what a particular parcel will sell for.

How the lists are laid out. The Gurugram (tehsil) list we opened is headed Final Collector Rates for 2025. It is arranged by village and segment, then by property type (agricultural, residential, commercial) and sub-type, with a "normal/prime" flag. It shows the old rate, the final 2025 rate, the unit, and the percentage change. Agricultural land is rated per acre; residential and commercial per square yard. The page footer is dated 1 August 2025 and notes that existing rates were taken from WebHalris data.

Using them well. - Find the exact village and segment, then the right property type, and check whether the location is marked prime. - Confirm the current list with the Sub-Registrar before execution; rates are revised and lists for a new year may supersede these. - Use the State's official stamp duty calculator for the duty itself (see library).
